Fall Training

Our program is designed to help develop coordination and athleticism in young kids. No matter what sport your kids are getting ready for, running can get them in great condition and help them become balanced, well-rounded athletes. We teach the fundamentals using structured practices, form drills, running specific exercises, and running specific plyometrics. We believe in teaching kids to run correctly, being challenged aerobically each practice, and having fun with running games designed to bring out the competitive spirit.  We will focus on goal setting and determination as we train to compete for our fun day of racing!

Train together as a family! We’re inviting parents to participate in our Sunday afternoon training program with their children. Get great exercise, train and run together!

Fall 2020 Practice Schedule

This fall, in order to abide by State and CDC guidelines, we will offer a 2 Block practice option. You will choose one block to attend up to 12 practices from. We will offer 5 practices each week through the course of the 6 week program. This system will make sure that we do not have more than the recommended 20 athletes at each practice.
