We know families usually have a full summer schedule planned. In an effort to keep kids active over the summer and get them away from computer screens, we offer flexible programing.
Summer Speedsters is up to 10 sessions of strength and speed development for rising K-5th graders. Sixty-minute workouts include running, stretching, strength training, plyometrics, speed development, and more – all through fun games and workouts! The Crazy Running program motivates and challenges young athletes to continue to develop their athletic ability ahead of fall sports and stay active over the summer!
